  Our first time renting and we were so excited. I was 2 months pregnant. The house was not cleaned at ALL. We agreed to clean it ourselves with deposit deduction. Made them sign ON the lease that they would shampoo carpets because they were incredibly dirty, that never got done, because "we never called to ask for it". We went without central air because they didn't want to buy the $800 piece it needed, claimed we took the house as is. Stove didn't work. I couldn't cook, had to go buy my own stove because every time I complained they sent someone and they messed with it and said it worked but it didn't. The oven didn't even work. The bathroom had black mold growing so they came and painted over it. It came back...shocker. Then there was a plumbing problem NEXT DOOR (duplex) and they "fixed it themselves " only to cause problems with our side and some how we got stuck with a plumbing bill for tampons and wipes when I was pregnant but the neighbor said she doesn't have periods smh. Anyways we moved, broke our lease. And refused to pay for the plumbing charges and rent and they sued us. AND WON! Freaking joke. NEVER RENT HERE! EVER! I have told all my friends and family and they told all their friends, the place is bs to say the least. Taking money away from my SON because they are money hungry. And guess what? All the problems I was having while pregnant, the sneezing, coughing, stomach pains, constant migraines all stopped when I moved and I'm so glad I did!!!!!!!! I wish I would have thought to get tested and prove it was the living conditions. I wouldn't put a dog in that house.
